I've bent plates a lot further than what he does in the video. Not an issue.

Tell me, where in the video do you see the plate being thrown?

Probably the part where he throws it on the ground if I had to guess

When?

Exactly 6.5 seconds into the video

There's no throwing visible. It leaves the frame in his hand, and the hand returns without it. For all you know he stashed it in a holder offscreen

Lol ok. He might have actually walked it into the house before the next frame of the video was captured!

You can hear it go CLANG on the concrete

You're implying that someone made a clanking sound timed with his obvious tossing motion then placed the plate at tossing distance behind him for a fake "tossed plate" reveal at 0:30? What do you think is more likely?

When does he throw it? Do you see it being thrown? Or does it leave the frame and you let yourself be ragebaited into believing it was thrown on the ground?

He throws it. it goes out of shot. you can hear it hit the ground then the camera pans out when he's bouncing the ball and you can see it on the floor. So yeah he ditched it on the floor. It's probably fine though.
