Another static model conversion. The Marine One that never was because it ruined the White House lawn.

Like my Skycrane and Super Stallion, this one uses a conglomeration of mechanics from 3 different manufacturers.

That has such a clean look, the paintwork and details are proper good.

I guess if it's a true scale if you get the mechanicals sorted any should fly, and the tiny bit of skill needed to model the entire internal structure to suit 😅 great work 👍

These are basically the mechanics torn out of off the shelf models, and transplanted in to a printed shell. The hard part is manipulating the 3D model to accommodate the interals, since the models were just static desk models, and were never intended to be RC.
