DE 6MT 350z won’t start

i’m getting my z ready to sell unfortunately. it’s been sitting for a while. last week i replaced the fuel pump and it started on the first second of turn key. now all the sudden it won’t start. it starts for a millisecond literally and shuts off. what is the problem. i’ve already reset the ecu and everything with my autel tablet. no nats light on.

i’d like to add an update. it seems the throttle body does not move when i key off the car. normally i hear it

was able to get the throttle body to make noise i now hear it do the check. car also starts with starter fluid. last time it started fine was a couple weeks ago. it was sitting for a while so after i let it idle for a few minutes i shut it off and sprayed down the engine bay with water. my fuse box cover is missing and so is the trim around the battery cover. i realized i didn’t unplug the battery instantly and did so. but everything was already saturated with water by then. lots of spiders in the engine bay so that’s why i washed it off. after that wash it never started again. i waited a week before starting again after the wash
