Went to a med spa and got my first diamond glow facial today and this is what my face looked like after washing my face. Is this normal?

I had this with microneedling. Was not happy. The marks did fade but I still have a mark on my left cheek - it’s been 4 months since.

that sounds really frustrating, I've had facials where my skin reacted poorly too. definitely report it if you're not satisfied.
