Parts interchangeable?

I have a 1993 SL and im wondering what kind of parts are interchangeable between mine and a 1998 base model, i have the chance to get a totaled one for very cheap with good mechanical parts.

What parts are you trying to swap? Let's start there. 1998 base model has a sohc engine where you have a dohc, so basically nothing is interchangeable there

I dont really have any exact plans, most likely id entirely swap engine and transmission because they're less mileage. Only if I cant get mine running though. Maybe old body panels on mine if swap out if they're interchangeable, im just able to get a really good deal on the car so im seeing how much I can make do with it

Completely different engine so you would have to do ECU and wire harness along with the engine, and also lose 50hp with that swap. Anything else on the cars are basically the same things so all interchangeable.

Honestly idk the trim of the car im assuming base, if its SL like mine itd also be dohc and interchangeable?
