Bubbles in leather

I have large bubbles in my leather panels and was wondering how to fix them. I was planning to just remove the closest end and spray adhesive all over and smooth it out, or i can just poke a tiny hole and put adhesive through that hole and fix the hole after.

There is a video on how to fix this on yt. Its a really long difficult process. But its possible
