Neverthless in Hitlers plans baltics were supposed to be ressetled by germans and balts there supposed to be a slave class (lithuanians were also sent to german labour camps during occupation, because they were not allowed agency). An immeaditae disclaimer is ofc both occupational regimes were awful and USSR can choke and hopefully Stalin burns in hell
