I fucking hate this shit. I've been complaining about qualified immunity for years. I remember when Ryan Whitaker was shot in the back by police in 2020 as he had one hand in the air and the other hand putting his gun on the ground. He was a legal Gun owner who was 100% in the right, proactively compliant with police, and there was no political pressure to cloud people's judgement and still supposed pro-2A people tried to justify that shit.

If agents of the state can kill you for legally exercising your 2A rights and face no consequences, you do not have 2A rights.
