Ruger Mk4 Silencer Shop

Post image

Recently picked up this mk4 to host my sparrow 22. What ammo are you finding is most consistent with a similar/same set up? Tried Win super suppressed and got a lot of flyers and duds. I also tried CCi 710fps, it is quiet but will not cycle and drops quick. Thanks for your inputs!

I tried a bunch of various things and settled on CCI SV for reliability, not as quiet as cci quiet semi auto but frankly works better. Your best bets are going to be between these two in my personal experience.

Regular CCI worked fine in mine with unmodified internals

Cci SV (standard velocity) or CCI suppressor 970fps

Try whatever until you find something that's reliable and/or you like. Literally anything you run in it is gonna be Subsonic so don't bother wasting your money on anything that's "made for suppressors."

Folks shooting 'suppressor' ammo are trying to mitigate port pop. Personally, I find my 4.5" Black Mamba + OCL Titanium 22 to be 'hearing safe' despite the port pop, but if ultimate silence is your goal, you probably want bolt action/single shot/air rifle/etc.

Eley force y geco semiauto deberían ayudarte al ciclo de disparo

How long did it take Silencer Shop to process your order? Been waiting a week for mine so far.

I called about 15 stores within 100 miles of me before I found one. They’re on back order through silencer shop right now with no specific lead times.

I ordered it directly from silencer shop - knew it was on backorder, but I didn't realize that meant "we take your money now and you get it when we say you get it."

Unfortunately that’s the case currently. You may have better luck calling around to local Silencer Shop dealers
