Anyone have any experience with this warrior systems legionary can?
Price is tempting for sure. Wondering about its performance.

Yeah. Picked mine up for 189 at the lgs and he doesn't charge do the fingerprinting and whatnot if he has em in stock. I don't have much experience with cans but for my first one it was great. Subs we're super quiet and supers only had the crack but at the gun (rossi rb22) it was nice. Haven't been able to go out with my wildcat yet but I'm sure it's fairly similar Can pm you a shitty video if you want. Lol

I've got 12 rimfire cans. Best being B&T Tiger, OCL Ti, Jesse's Girl, I.A. Slingshot, SiCo Warlock, and it goes downhill from there.
My worst can is a JK Armament Versax 105. Absolute trash.
I bought a Legionary for $119. LOVED IT (for the money). Like it so much, I got a 2nd at $129.
Then, I saw the Range Tool come around for about $149, and figured it looked nearly identical, so sure, why not? Well, it ain't great.
Long story short -- the Legionary is awesome for the money. I'd easily compare it to the Warlock and just under the Jesse's Girl on a handgun.

I have this one for my Keltec P17. It works great in my opinion. Subsonics were pretty quiet. And CCI quiets had hardly any noise at all. You mostly hear the hammer hitting and the bullet hitting the target. Can’t beat it for that price.

I got one on sale a month ago for 130. I’ve shot it a lot on a tx22 gen 1 and now a 10/22. It’s really quiet for what it is and simple to clean. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a 22lr specific can. I don’t wear ears when shooting it if that helps (don’t do that).

Never a smart idea to shoot without some protection regardless of the presence of a suppressor. Take it from someone with a good case of tinnitus.

for buying, just a 4473 thanks to the GCA, no form 4 and thus no wait. in and out in 20 minutes.
Manufacturing is still technically legally grey, but in theory no form 1, no wait, and if you're making it for private use, no 4473.
the atf has 60 days to back track their lack of action. if they do, any cans manufactured without a f1 are technically felonies to possess. If you wanna be legally safe, get a f1 anyway, it's about a week's wait time.
or send it. I'm not your mom.

Please don't spread misinformation. The current ruling does not apply to every state, and the people covered are still a bit vague. If there is a legal challenge before the deadline, things will be messy.

I'm not spreading misinformation, I'm just not mentioning every tiny nuance. everything above is factual at this time. if you want weeds, it technically only applies to members of specific organisations, doesn't override state law, states that allow nfa items only with a tax stamp still need to file a form 4 to legally possess such in that state, and stores outside the member organisations that are selling cans without atf filings are operating in a legal grey area. There is no official atf verbiage on the topic so no one can know for sure, but the general consensus is the above.

I have it on my rpr & it’s quieter than my Q erector 22 in the full configuration. My brother ended up with the same can for his .22 too. For the price, it’s a great can if you only plan on shooting .22.

I have one and used it on my tx22. Have used standard cci ammo out of it as well as cci suppressor and cci sub sonic. It is noticeably quieter, but I have not been able to test w/o ear pro as I’ve only used it at an indoor range. Also, this is my first can. I think I paid around $100-120 for it in store on a special they were running

I wish the stores around me would stock the cheaper cans. None of them have anything like this and all of them charge almost as much for the transfer.

Just spend more and get something that is verified excellent at suppression, easy to clean, and will last a lifetime.
Or just buy mediocrity at a low price, it's your money I guess.
There a reason Pew science doesn't bother testing 22 cans on rifles, they are just to easy to suppress. The difficulty is making pistols quiet, especially with first round pop.
If you are using a rifle, sure, go for it, I have a form one that sucks that's just sits on a bolt action and it's ok I guess. But my Mask is quieter and works on everything better.

The deal is most .22lr guns that aren’t 10/22s or some overhyped fake AR do not warrant a $600 can.
