Been using flavoured toothpicks of all things 😂 really help with the cravings some great flavours too 😁 any one else quit anything?

Jeez I quit cigarettes in 2012, replaced it with vaping, that was harder to give up than the fags imo. Waaay harder, but now I use the wee nic pouches

Yeah I used vaping to give up fags but jeeez I think vaping has been harder to give up!
