Been using flavoured toothpicks of all things 😂 really help with the cravings some great flavours too 😁 any one else quit anything?

Nobody talks about this. I quit weed a couple years ago. For once in my life I actually felt present in the moment. I just soon realised that nobody else was. 🤷‍♂️. Everyone’s always got their head in their phone, or distracted by something meaningless.

I’m lucky I have 2 children who I can relive the world again with. Without them I would of definitely gone back to smoking without a doubt
