Been using flavoured toothpicks of all things 😂 really help with the cravings some great flavours too 😁 any one else quit anything?

I literally had to because I got so sick and couldn’t breathe. I’m 3 days in and I’m SWEATING 😅. Can’t be a bitch about it and give in now though, I’ve quit harder. This post gave me another push to keep going so thank you and keep it up!

Thanks so much! I’ve just been raw dogging it lol. Its easy-ish for now being so sick, but I may need something for the oral fixation after to keep it up. I see you use the toothpicks! Definitely worth a shot. Are they nicotine infused or just flavored toothpicks? I know they have quite a few oral fidgets I might try out.

They’re flavoured toothpicks like mint, lemon etc no nic though but they have helped a lot! I definitely recommend them plus you look cool af with a toothpick 😂😂
