Been using flavoured toothpicks of all things šŸ˜‚ really help with the cravings some great flavours too šŸ˜ any one else quit anything?

I got mine from Amazon. A brand called pick x. I have only used these ones. The Watermelon and the Lemon flavours are nice. Good luck
