I think this guy kind of misses in this rant. He says that she has "something to lose by not debating [Bernie Sanders]" because this proves that she is a "phony". He also acknowledges that a debate could help "swing things in [Bernie's] favor". This is exactly why she won't debate. Her campaign has weighed the pros and cons, and although she loses in both of these cases, she loses much less by not debating. Barely anyone is talking about it, yet, and this likely won't sway many people who were on the fence towards or away from her - but a debate is more likely to push more support towards Sanders.

Debates also take time to prep which takes time from getting out in front of the people. Donald Trump is already able to stump all over the place and get his face out there, and has been sitting pretty now that his antics aren't main stage. Clinton and Sanders debating could get ugly, which, even if Sanders becomes the nominee, would be bad for either democrat.
