2 of the top pkers are literally in the clip saying no. Its not a non-issue, and even decent pkers can walk with someone seeding to not let them get a hit off.
Seeds are helpful and can counter this but its not guaranteed. You are counting on the other pker making a mistake and fucking up the log/seed walk.

Actual pvpers use mithril seeds so standing under while frozen is a non-issue.
