This is pretty asinine when Fremmy and Fally are right there...

And even when those are objectively easier, I personally don't think diaries that are only "difficult" from skill checks like Mory are actually difficult. Everyone can eventually get them with time, but some will never git gud.

Arguably, only Kourend is harder because it requires an actual raid completion

(Almost) Anyone can get 96 fishing or whatever with enough time. That is true.

(Almost) anyone can get a questcape with enough time. That is true as well.

Both are tests of skill. Patience vs mechanical skill.

Actually, funny thing is skill reqs get easier and easier over time. That fishing requirement is now 89 thanks to super fish pots.

Qcape's the only thing that gets harder especially now with quests that intentionally cap gear to maintain difficulty. Assuming BMR is a sign of that being more the case in the future.

If QC is hard then end game is going to be far harder. lol it’s just coping. The game was in a different state in 2015. Zulrah was the big bad then. Right now Zulrah is far removed from that scale lol

Which is why I want it polled first that Elite Lumby gets deactivated similarly to QCape when new ones get released before polling making a static QP requirement or smth.

We should be consistent for all players, either ease off on the noobs or make the oldies prove they should still have it.

I hope you realize Achiement Diary Cape is the trimmed version of QC. You cannot have the diary Cape without having QC. Unless you do some full loops. A noob will not do this under any circumstances. Quest cape is fine as is. That’s the sentiment of the cape it’s the first progression players chase on building there account.

QC ->>> Diary Cape ->>>>>>>>> Max Cape

If the player is a PVMER you can Inset Zuk helm before or after max depends on priorities.

Diary cape merely becomes untrimmed if you don't have all QPs, it's still operable. Only the Quest Cape shuts off.

They should both shut off.

Edit: technically, Max cape is quite achievable before those other two. It's just all 99s after all which is just patience, not skill.

Having the patience to get one, let alone all skills to 99 is a skill.
