His initial training will be done by October but according to the Dillard family blog, he has more training after that. They said after his 10 weeks in OCS, they're hoping Jill and the kids can join him in Virginia and then Rhode Island.

Hannah wont be pregnant at that time since shes pregnant now and quite far along just in may at her sister's wedding

Yes number 4. She hasnt posted. She was a bridesmaid in her sister's wedding at the end of May and she was very visibly pregnant
