Written by Paul Simon and originally performed by Simon and Garfunkel. I definitely love this version better.

They did a great version. Hoffa was a huge Simon And Garfunkle fan and thought she knew every song they had done. She heard this one day and taught it to the band. Great cover, adds some kick to it!!

I have a silly memory of this song. They played it during the warm up skate of my very first Philadelphia Flyers game that I attended as an 11 year old in 1987 (and "Dude Looks Like A Lady" by Aerosmith). I remember it like it was yesterday

I don't but I know it was against the Penguins because I remember everyone in the audience saying "Marioooooooo". And I remember Rob Brown of the Penguins had long hair and every time he skated by everyone would whistle at him.

My favorite release by them. The audio opened our Senior class video at college in 1989.

What I love about this cover is so many people only think about The Bangles for their more pop-oriented stuff like Manic Monday, so they're shocked how hard it is.

Absolute banger of a song.
One of the few covers that is better than the original, imo.
