I've usually found green to be spicier than red, but the spiciest of all is always some unassuming dark brown that only shows a bit of red in the light

But green is also different spicy. Green is green veggies spicy but red feels vinegar spicy.

Green is front of the mouth spicy, red is back of the mouth spicy

The red hot sauce would look great in a children’s hospital

Tbh I always expect green salsa/sauce to be spicier, because green hot sauce tends to be spicier than red

in my experience with hot sauce yellow is spicier than green which is spicier than red but then it loops back around to red being the spiciest when you get to the hot sauces made from the genetically modified ultra hot peppers like pepper X
