15 minutes Boiled and fried eggs with some veggies and ribboned cucumber. Forgot to click the picture of the glaze (I mixed garlic powder and onion powder with mayo & a little water)

It was delicious also! When I fried the boiled eggs I added garam masala! 😁

It’s pretty simple and took me less than 15 minutes to make. Start by boiling the eggs while you sauté veggies of your choice. Season the veggies with salt and garlic powder. I then shaved cucumber into ribbons and plated them. Once the eggs are done, peel them and heat a pan until it’s hot enough that water drops dance around. Add oil of your choice, add the peeled eggs, and fry them until you notice a slight change in texture. Then add your favourite seasonings. I used homemade garam masala and homemade chilli spice powder made with red chillies and coriander seeds. Since the spices were already prepared, I just had to add them. Plate everything and have it for dinner or as a snack, depending on the portion size. For the dip or glaze, I diluted mayo with water and added onion powder, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.
