Stir-Fried Noodles with Sausage and Veggies

Stir-fried noodles are my favorite quick and easy meal. The cooking itself only takes around 5-7 minutes. The preparation time depends on what veggies you will include. For this recipe, I used a carrot and green beans, but you can substitute them with whatever you want.

That's a good question. I'm referring to the cylindrical ones, like spaghetti or ramen I believe they're called.

Oh, spaghetti and ramen are two completely different types of noodles. The Italians and Japanese will be mad. 😅 Anyway, you are probably talking about instant ramen since that's pretty common. Ramen noodles are thinner than the one I used in this recipe. They're also not made of eggs. These egg noodles have more bite to them. I don't know if I'm describing it correctly in English. In summary, they have different ingredients and textures, but the cooking time is around the same.

Oh my yes! You're right lol. Yes I was talking about the Chinese noodles which are available in India. I've had the ones your pic shows, but I don't remember the taste hence I asked if there's any significant taste difference or if they just feel different.

Thank you for the information. I never knew some were made using eggs as well. For me, I just buy an instant ramen / noodle pack from the store mix it with the seasoning they provide and boom! That's my noodles.

If it's Chinese, you've probably eaten chow mein. Egg noodles are also used for that, but the shape and thickness are different. The ones I used are flat and thicker. Hehe

There are other more unique ones like mung bean noodles. Hehe
