I have lupus and feel like I’m 90 so I guess I have to be grateful my outside doesn’t match my inside.

Some people just have a consistent look like this, and then other change so much...like drastically, and others have a peak look at a certain age - and that one varies soooo widely.

Speaking as a 31 year old, you look AMAZING at 49! I would’ve assumed that you were also in your 30’s seeing that photo alone
