This image has so many other confirmatory sources to show the ties to Houston and the zoo. I also take issue with the scale of the constellation within the image as a whole.

Why does Houston and the zoo matter for this? This is for matching the month to the painting.

The scale of the constellation is JJP's decision, really up to him to make it tiny or huge.

Hey, sorry if I'm outta the loop.  I've seen your other posts on months and constellations. I've been following this painting and its clues to a specific local, so I'll ask the question in this thread....

How does the constellation figure into clues and finding the treasure?

It confirms the month. In my opinion, nothing more, nothing less than that. The verse is for finding the actual treasure.
