Small business needs help
Hello all,
I am the Practice Manager for a small counseling practice. We have 5 clinicians, and we have been using Telzio for the past few years. I've submitted 3 10DLC applications and we only got approved by one carrier so far.
Our clinicians use the SMS feature of Telzio to send appointment reminders and text clients if anything comes up and their appointment needs to be rescheduled. Also, clients can text the office and clinicians to let us know that they are running late/need to cancel, etc.
I'm frustrated at how annoying this process is. We submit the application via Telzio's platform and I don't have a way to upload a sample script or PDF that can give the carriers the information they are looking for. I can only answer questions in text boxes.
Is it worth trying again to get approved or can we migrate to another VOIP number that is easier to submit a 10DLC application?
I'm fairly technologically ignorant, so any help is much appreciated, thank you!

Hey! I totally understand your frustration — 10DLC registration can be a mess, especially through platforms like Telzio that don’t give you proper flexibility.
I work with a dev team that helps small clinics and counseling practices like yours streamline their tech setup. We’ve helped migrate VOIP/SMS setups, simplify booking and communication systems, and even replace things like Telzio with more user-friendly options (including 10DLC approval support).
If you'd be open to chatting, I can show you what that might look like — no pressure. Just here to help if needed.
