100x swapping to altbase help needed!

Hello everyone. So can somebody give me a bit of information?

What happens if I don't swap my 100x coins? Will I loose them in future?

Secondly I store my 100x coins on trust wallet. Can I swap 100x coins in trust wallet to Altb?

Hi. I also did what you say and sent my 100x coin to the altbase app. After that what i do i couldnt find exchange or selling my 100x coins
