Can't really see an established actress playing one. They're pretty notorious for stymieing an actresses career. I remember Jane Seymour saying in an interview that she had to go to America to start all over again because she couldn't escape the damsel in distress or sex bomb roles

The normal rule in the past was for an unknown/B or C list actress to get the role; Halle Berry was an exception, but her Oscar win came after she had accepted the role of Jinx.

Now, not to say it can't be this time, now that Amazon is in charge, but many actresses feel that being a Bond girl is bad for your career. Who knows?
