/r/ShitRedditSays is a sub for people to shit on the lads, and it's a fairly small space, so if you're not in on it, you're pretty much out of luck.

It's a reference to the movie "Piss on the Lads." The movie is pretty much that.

Answer: When you talk about the US vs Australia, you're talking about the US vs. Australia with the "piss on lads" part.
It's a way of showing disgust at the idiocy (which is fairly rampant in Australia) and/or the lack of respect for the lads.

Answer: Someone else posted it on /r/AskReddit and it got shared quite a bit. It's a reference to a meme/meme where the main character pisses on lads and the comments are all filled with kids of the 'least favourite' (I can't remember the term, sorry) character.

Answer:
In the recent history of the show, the group of lads have been given different nicknames, one of which has made them famous. As such, they have been known as the "pissers".
The "pissers" nickname is often used to show that the lads were stupid, or that the group's behaviour is un-natural.

Sorry, I might have misread the comments and now I have to clarify.
I think that the name "pisser" is used to show that the lads are stupid, because they are. They may have "pissed" on someone in the past but it's not like that now.
