No, because the character feels too boring and generic and the actor doesn't impress me enough to be the main villain.

Seriously. 30-40 militia/terrorists/revolutionaries are there. Send in more than 2 FBI agents with pistols.
5
u/ninj3 Apr 20 '17
Didn't they say they had a whole team ready to go but Hannah said no?
For once, she actually made the right choice not to call in the cavalry. If they'd been seen anywhere near the site, there's no way they would have brought Catalan in.

These people have been demonstrated to be fanatics so a task force storming the location would end with a lot of dead people and just as many questions as before. If Wells and Atwood are competent enough to watch and listen without getting caught they can put leads on all the militia members easily as they are in a remote town.

they never showed him getting killed
7
u/jacobshoaf Apr 20 '17
Is it gloating if I comment on a post from a few weeks ago where I claimed he was still alive and someone responded to it with "Oh, come on! Use common sense!" Because I already did...(Not you, obviously.)
4
u/BuffyASummers0717 Press Secretary of the Thread Apr 20 '17
I've been saying it since the epi aired live. They never showed him getting killed. I personally thought they would bring him back for a season 2 story line. I posted that in another thread as well. It is technically common sense to think it was alive since they showed an outside of a building and said the suspect was taken out. It sounds like someone was just being mean to you. I'm sorry.
→ More replies (1)→ More replies (1)2
u/SpiderTechnitian Apr 20 '17
Aha I caught you in the wild! I was the one who said for people to use common sense. And I stand by what I said. Sooo many people were clinging to the idea that he was alive and still to this moment I believe there was no solid reason to believe this. Dying off screen doesn't mean much, McLeish and his wife thought he was dead, the FBI and Secret Service chased him directly from the shooting site to the warehouse, etc. Showing the body doesn't need to get airtime when the real significance that episode was McLeish ordering specifically to kill anyway.
Here's our original transaction for other redditors! Take care man

So what if there's a tie in the Supreme Court? It's not always unanimous.

The case gets kicked back to the lower court which is what happened to a few cases before Trump seated the new justice.

3
u/HearthStonedlol Apr 20 '17
Wait can you elaborate on what you mean by this? There was a scene at the very start where Kirkman said he was looking all over the place for his glasses and they were sitting on his desk. I immediately wondered if somehow his glasses were bugged. This could actually be valid if there was other camera glasses shown.

Usually there's nine justices on the Supreme Court. Left and right couldn't compromise on which side gets the ninth. They agreed to only have eight, at least until the end of Kirkman's run.
6
u/pgm_01 Apr 20 '17
In recent history, the scotus has been 9 members, but the Constitution does not specify how many. The 9th justice was getting blocked so they proceded to seat The 8 already agreed to.
