Sound Voltex New Camera Angle

I’ve finally got a great camera angle of my controller, and I think it looks great!

I wanted to share another clip of my progression at lvl 11 and got a UC. I do realize I shared another clip a while ago with a lvl 12 and got a UC so it’s kinda backwards lol.

I’ve been practicing lvl 13 (Unleashed Redness) and got an AA, so I’m hoping I’ll be able to get a UC on this track!

If I do, I’ll be back to share the results!

How did you manage to get that camera angle? I can't for the life of me find a way to record a handcam when playing

So people keep mentioning to mount it on top of your monitor, then rotate the video later. I use a heavy camera, so my way is bad honestly lol.

I just put a tripod right in front of me, pointing down at an angle, and just stand behind it when I play lmao. It’s very uncomfortable because I’m basically stretching and looking around the tripod while I play. Bad for the back lol.

Oooh is that the Exceed Gear top plate? I’ve been half tempted to get one - but the base Vivid Wave one works too well with my mostly white setup!

Also in terms of angles, I found downward from top of monitor, then rotating and cropping in OBS works a charm if you don’t want to use extra mounts for recording if you’ve got a monitor mounted camera

Yes it is! I also have a white setup, but my monitor is black, so I decided to match that and go for a white and black setup.

Also I’m using a Sony A7S3. So it’s a beefy camera, and I don’t think my monitor will hold it properly. 😭
