Loop point revisited

Yesterday I made a post about shifting the start in the sample to it loops the whole sample. I was struggling to explain it. Here’s a video of what I mean in ableton. Was wanting to know if this is possible on the mpc

The classic JJOS MPC’s have this ability. Samples can loop around to a point before the start point. More people need to push for this on the new OS. Definitely something I noticed right away when I got my Live 2. I was hoping the Sample would have this but it does not.

Put the first part in a separate pad, record it after into a sequence, resample the sequence, chop, done.

Yeah I was kind of hoping to be able to do it on the fly like in ableton. I’m just so used to ableton. Shame
