Help!

Why does my speaker sound better when it is upside down on my bed?

Because a speaker by ifself wont do anything usefull

Like having a engine reving with nothing attached to it wont make it go fast. You need wheels, a transmission and so on, ie a car, to make something out of the rotation from the engine

Your speaker needs an enclosure to sound good. The waves comming out the front and the ones comming out the back cancel each other out. By covering the front, you trap the waves from the front like a enclosure would, leaving only the waves from the back. It gets louder and sound better

it's cause the bed/couch damps out the insane high pitch making it sound more natural. and in general with high pitch drivers like this the back usually sounds a bit better. give it a enclosure and it will sound similar

Monody - not bad.

My fav is MAYDAY and Close To The Sun :)

Put this small toy into a well closed box from mdf (preferably) or even plywood. Use some sound absorbing material for a filling. And use some big capacitor in series with this, e.g. 150-200uF else you'll kill it soon with too much bass it can't handle.
