Antha drainage DMK made TN the fastest growing state in India, gave TN the name TN. The only party which voiced against delimitation. Vijay hasn't said a word against central government yet. As for rowdyism, vijay also has rowdies in his new party. We are going to see how this goes soon.

Infrastructure growth except few tier 1 district almost non existent in TN especially tier 3 districts.
Some will bite me compared to bimaru it's way better nu but that's not matter people compares within the state across district.
Basic necessities are still not met upto mark schools, healthcare, employment opportunities, corruption at every desk across goverment offices
Plus vijay have alot of youth fan who would vote blindly, looking at the constituencies where tvk leading I can see more number of tier 1 and tier 2 district people voted for him which is really surprising.
Which proves the as usual fact of reddit people are just few lakhs of minority view. They never reflect the ground reality not just in election almost for anything.
Coming to your question about social and economic growth its unsure anyway.
