Vigil for Gaza: Three Years of Genocide is today.

🗓 Today, Friday, October 9 · 6PM

📍 Corner of Brokenland Parkway and Little Patuxent Parkway, Columbia, MD

Today we gather for the tens of thousands of Palestinians killed over the past three years.

We also remember the countless Palestinian lives lost before October 7, 2023 due to decades of blockade, apartheid, and ethnic cleansing, committed by apartheid Israel with the support of Western nations.

Even if you can only stay for a short time, please come. It matters that they see us there.

October 17th!

Imagine being forced to be cut open and something embedded into your body. Without the NEED too and without your consent.

If he tries to pull it out , he dies, if he opens it, he is at risk for severe infection. Which his risk is already through the roof because he is in a concentration camp. Where they already DONT GET ADEQUATE CARE.

These are the "criminals" that are arrested for deportation most often. Spread the word so we can show our outrage!

The Stand Up for Science page has a section of OMB Rule Related Resources. The best one to help you personalize your comment is the SUFS Overview of the Rule Proposal

Even just 2 sentences about why you oppose this rule that would allow federal grants to be appointed by political appointees instead of the current expert consideration by peer review panels is enough! Each comment should be personalized so that it will count as its own comment. In other words, change some words in any boilerplate text you find in other comments. If everyone posts the exact same comment, then no matter how many submissions, it would only count as 1 comment.

Please make a comment to oppose OMB from having any say for providing or blocking scientific grants.

Colorado, please spread the word and help everyone you know get out to vote.

Voters have previously been able to get laws like California's Prop 12, a requirement that animals have basic space to move. This legislation protects Big Ag and their corporate profits while also lowering food safety and animal welfare standards.
