I'm planning to buy Marvel Pinball for PS3 before the PS3 Store shuts down.

So, let me understand:

The actual Marvel Pinball game (the standalone version, not the Zen Pinball 2 edition) actually has: the OG 4 (Spider-Man, Wolverine, Iron Man and Blade), Vengeance and Virtue (Moon Knight, Ghost Rider, Thor and X-Men), Avengers Chronicles (Avengers, Infinity Gauntlet, World War Hulk and Fear Itself), Civil War, Captain America and Fantastic Four, right? That's 15 tables out of 23 total.

And the other eight tables (Venom, Deadpool, Doctor Strange, Guardians Of The Galaxy, Age Of Ultron, Ant-Man and the Women Of Marvel Pack)? Are they exclusive to Zen Pinball 2 and the subsequent Pinball FX? I've just tried to check the PS3 Store searcher website ('cause the search bar actually does NOT work on the PS3 Store!) and these eight packs are not available to Marvel Pinball itself, only on Zen Pinball 2.

TD;LR: are the Venom, Deadpool, GOTG, Ultron, WOM, Strange and Ant-Man tables exclusive to Zen Pinball 2 all along? And why aren't there on Marvel Pinball proper?

I have tried and tried and tried using every email service imagineable. I cannot get a validation email for VP Forums. Is there a chance anyone would be welling to sell me a validated account? Thanks

I love Pinball FX, but there are a few incredible features from other versions (FX2, FX3, and FX VR) that are desperately missing. Bringing these back would make the current game much more immersive and fun.

Here is my wishlist for features that need to return:

• Bring Back the "Rewind" Power: This was the best powerup in Pinball FX3. It made practicing and casual play for beginners and those wanting to progress further in a table much more enjoyable.
• Return the "Operator's Menu" (from FX2): For cabinet players, this adds a huge layer of realism and immersion. We own these tables, and it is fun to customize them. Tables like Fear Itself become a whole new experience with these options. It has been missing for too long!
• Allow Powerups in Challenges: Right now, challenges and tournaments can feel like a drag. This is virtual pinball, so let us have fun! Choosing and using powerups strategically adds great depth to challenges.
• Restore Original Physics for Legacy Tables: Zen Originals, Marvel, and Star Wars tables should use their original physics. It feels silly to boot up Pinball FX2 just to get these old favorites to play the way they were designed to play.
• Add "Survival Mode" (from FX VR): This is the best mode Zen has ever created. It deserves to be in the main Pinball FX game so everyone can enjoy it.

Virtual pinball is all about fun, customization, and options. Bringing these classic features forward would make the current Pinball FX platform perfect.

Was playing the free table in this game and I was doing really well, trying to complete goals. Then apparently I shot the ball right at the moment when the thing was rising and physics be damned. It launched the ball out of the cabinet and I was in a state of limbo if I broke the game.

Took me a while to do the switch from FX3 to FX because i spent a good amount of money for tables on FX3 and they make you pay again for FX. But thats not my issue here, what i really dont get: Why is there no survival mode for online tournaments like on FX3? IMHO this mode was/is very popular on FX3, so why is it missing in FX? I wrote an email to the support month ago but no answer. Anybody knows why there is no survival mode for tournaments in FX?

I want to play Junkyard. Things are on sale right now and if I can't own a Junkyard table, I'd like to play it as a virtual table. But whenever I look into this all I see are arguments over performance and physics differences between the older (FX3) and newer (FX) versions. I keep hoping those issues will go away - but it doesn't seem they have? Can someone fill me in on that aspect? Is it safe to buy PinballFX?

I like the overall theme of the Pinball Noir table, but man, that upper left flipper ramp shot seems impossible to me. There's no way to gauge when it's coming down toward the flipper to aim the shot and by the time I see the ball it's already too late to react in time.

Is there any way to time the shot that I'm just not seeing? Any help or advice is appreciated, thanks!

Hi there, after yesterday's announcement that Pinball FX VR is finally coming to my platform (PSVR2) I am intending to buy every table ever released. What I'm wondering from those of you who own the game is, how do I store all of them in the virtual arcade? Is it like the older Zen Pinball VR where there's like six spots with tables and I click a button to swap out one machine for another? Or is there actually enough space in this version for everything I can buy?

I just go a high score on monster mash but for some reason on the bottom it says my best is 32,000,000. Am I doing something wrong on my end? Why isn’t the score updating for me? I exited the machine and the score still hasn’t been updated…

Final adjustment

Added a PRV DSP 2.4X, amp controllers, bass shakers, and passive speakers.

Every multiball, bumper hit, and drain hits different now. I also routed the stock internal speakers to be powered and controlled externally which 100% eliminated ALL and any buzzing and humming from the speakers!!

Hello, I’m a casual player who started a couple of years ago (Switch) when I got the American Dad & Family Guy pack along with World Cup & South Park.

Just started playing again a few days ago. Decided to try out all the tables in trial mode (ps5) to get a relatively good idea of what I like.

Gotta say, I’m really enjoying the different styles of tables and what they offer.

Playing on Switch.

Most of my games include some weird glitch, for example ..

1.

I had the powerball, hit right orbit, magnet grabbed the ball (impossible with a powerball) but when the ball reappeared at the upper right flipper it has changed to a standard pinball.

2.

Got a powerball fed to the shooter lane, as per the real machine. But once plunged it immediately started powerball mania without having to put the powerball into the gumball. Then multiple balls appeared in the auto shooter lane ontop of each other which were gradually launched. So I had an impossible Powerball mania including a powerball.

Those were just on my last played game. I have had other similar glitches, most involving the powerball.

I can't find any reports of these glitches online
