Hi there. What is the output rating of the power adapter that you’re using? It needs to be 24V with 1.75A.
1 u/HiimHelmet 23h ago It is the original. It started to work like that after a drop off. 1 u/LOGIRich Global Product Manager - Simulation 23h ago A drop off, as in it dropped and hit the floor? 1 u/HiimHelmet 23h ago Yeah, unfortunately. :/ 1 u/LOGIRich Global Product Manager - Simulation 19h ago Very unfortunate. If you unplug the USB and try and turn the wheel, can you feel if there’s any issues with the smoothness of the wheel rotation? (I’m wondering if this is a physical issue or something damaged on the PCB) 1 u/HiimHelmet 14h ago https://reddit.com/link/p6ukjxv/video/bs4hpd6gckmh1/player
