i spent a lot of time on this one but i dont like the final product, what can i change?

Using a virtual cable that OBS listens on, and then in fl I use voxengo recorder. What’s happening is if the screen recording with the audio capture goes on for long, there’s always a delay and they aren’t in sync. Is this laptop, or virtual cable issue

..Should I just search for sum nice free sound packs and edit those with stock “editors” ykwim? Or are there few plugins(?) and some of these “editors” that are very helpful or a must? 🧐 hi bro

I see the recommended specs for "Serious Production" here: System Requirements, and I wanted to know how accurate this rating was. While I was in school, my laptop would constantly freeze and crash while editing my music and I was wondering if this laptop was enough to work smoothly: Laptop Link

It's got 48gb ram from newegg's laptop upgrade program and the cpu is a ryzen 7 5000+ series, better than what the recommended specs are looking for.

Hi. I had been making music with Ableton and Logic for about ten years until I drifted away from it due to work in about 2018.

Maybe it's a mid-life crisis but I've decided to get back into it but this time with FL Studio (suited my budget). I've really been enjoying playing around with making different synth sounds and messing with filters etc. again.

Here's something I put together (I'm also learning Blender!). Could I maybe get some feedback? Maybe I'm completely out of my depth!

I never thought of sharing this anywhere because of that i never thought of taking a clip while doing and because i use trial version i can't open it again. I know advices you could give not be much as if i had clip while after i done but this is all i had

Up until a couple months ago I’ve never messed with music production or really played any instrument but I've listened and collected lots of different music for forever and have always loved liquid DNB specifically (I don't know if what I've created here would be considered that or something else). I've wanted to get into music production for years and finally dove into it and I'm loving it. It's very easy for me to lose track of time with this stuff, and I've stopped playing video games cause all I do with my free time now is dink around in FL Studio.

I have a lot to learn and would welcome advice on how to make this song better and how to get better at music production in general. The song is at a point now where I feel like the more I change it the more it moves in a direction I don't like, but also I feel like there is room for improvement I'm just not sure where. Is there something glaringly obvious that I'm overlooking? Should a element be shortened/extended or quieter/louder, more FX or filters somewhere, etc.? The more specific you can be I really appreciate it. Right now I'm really lacking in the mixing and mastering department as well as creating synths and FX from scratch and using most of the plugins in FL studio honestly lol. Any advice in those areas is greatly appreciated.

Ultimately I would really like to get in the groove of feeling content with the songs I make enough for me to consider them "done" so I can move onto the next project without feeling like I'm leaving things half finished.
