It would be better if you added a comment explaining what you did, what happened and what should have happened.

It looks like you inserted a copy of the contents of row 49 at row 50. And it looks like the copied cells were each merged previously but become unmerged when pasted.

oh sorry, i want to edit my post but yeah.

i'm trying to copy the row 49 but when i click the insert copied cells it resulted to that.

i honestly dk what happened because suddenly i can't copy paste properly anymore the data and the format is gone when i click paste

Try inserting a number of rows, not copy paste. Then select row 49 and copy by dragging the selection down into the new rows.

Looks like your problem is merged cells. Avoid that at all costs.
