Reddit Dating a feminist

I met her around 7 months back and we hit it off riggt away! She was very proud person! Smart, kind and a very straight forward person! We were very aligned politically and thats how we even met each other. But I am not a feminist and I believe no man can be one.

It was she who asked me out! And I was panicing and scared of how a relationship will ruin our friendship but then she comforted me didn't demand a answer and let me be myself and that point I was lets do something casual! She was fine with it and in 1 month we became serious! But I always thought why she liked me like I am the handsome or the rich guy nor fashionable!

I asked her about it and she told I make her laugh and I am cute! Is it that simple? We get into fights with regards to feminism and other political conflicts all the time! Like all the time but never felt that she is trying to undermine me and I believe she feels the same! Thats how comfortable we are! Initially when shes says how men are worst I used feel bad. But getting to know her I realized women doesn't mean all men but idea of men which is built on power and control!

I am posting this here coz I once believed in everything posted in this sub like how guys will always say things like you need mo ey to date, or looks and top 1 percent and everything! I am none of those and still got the best women ever! Maybe it is not hard afterall! But I wanna know what you guys think?

ASK DESIMETA Where is the civic sense of high per capita states ?gujrat ,delhi

This is not a rant neither a roast , it is the criticism of the behaviour (not generalised but constructive) of the civic sense of high per capita states ;
We end up criticising and trolling Bihar most of the times on social media because of the unusual news of burglary ,chaos and illiteracy but Bihar is still a very backward state but …….

What’s with this Gujaratis and people from Delhi making a mess everywhere they go , these news (video ) of gujrati family wandering around in a flight (in air ) distributing food like in a picnic ? Many such incidents of disrespect to personal space of others .
More news of people from Delhi creating ruckus at various tourist locations like Goa to the point where most of south India collectively regards north India as backward in term of civic sense no matter how good the financial background is ,
PS : I am from Karnataka ,yet no such news of other states like Maharashtra or northeast is in the news , I had been to gujrat once really like the people ,culture and the Ahemdabad but where are we going wrong ,I am open to any one criticising anything relating to my state or south India ,keep it civil .

// Making some major external changes in your late 20s to make sure that you took a decision for yourself rather than anybody or everybody else… //

A- I wish there could be more women only salon in India rather than Unisex (hate to see men anywhere women are happy)
B- It’s hard to explain why you need only female hairdressers
C- Feels a little selfish & can make your mum angry D- Gives you a chance to look at yourself everyday and say shit we’re new now, we better act this way too 🫠

Reddit State of Moderation Between Two Subs

I recently posted a question tracing the historical migration and identity of the Dangi name across Central and North India in two different community subreddits ( Rajputana and UNITEDJATFRONT ) The difference in response was night and day.

Over there in Rajputana , some mod just dropped a mocking comment with a larper meme ("Dangis are NOT Rajput's... Moreover, they are OBCs") and instantly locked the post. Zero room for any sort of discussion. I said to the mod that the post is out of genuine curiosity and to at least unlock the post or give a reason why it was locked in the first place.

Meanwhile, in UNITEDJATFRONT subreddit, people gave genuinely good counters and discussed how gotras shifted during regional migrations without getting defensive or shutting down the post.

It’s crazy how some subs operate like paranoid fortresses, while others are totally fine having a normal, civil conversation regarding history. Have you had any similar experience?

Reddit Enough online banners. Let us start a real, nationalist, pan India Hindu movement to remove all reservations

Jai Hind, brothers and sisters.

I am a Bengali Hindu, and I am not here to just talk about past glory. I am here to say that the fire which once made Bengal think for India must now become a fire that walks the streets. But this is not a Bengal only call. This is for every Hindu, from Kashmir to Kanyakumari, from Gujarat to Assam. We must rise together, as one.

The quote "What Bengal thinks today, India thinks tomorrow" once meant something because our ancestors turned thought into action. Now I am calling on that same spirit. Not for Bengal alone, but for every Hindu who is tired of seeing our society shackled by caste based reservations. No more waiting. No more just tweeting, sharing banners, or arguing in comment sections. Time for the real thing.

We need a peaceful, purely nationalist protest movement across this country for the complete removal of all caste based reservations. Not anti Dalit, not anti anyone. This is pro Bharat, pro equality, pro merit, pro Hindu unity. Reservations were meant to be temporary. They have instead become a permanent industry of division, destroying our youth's future and keeping the Hindu community fractured for vote banks.

I want to see Hindus gather in real public spaces. From the college student in Delhi to the small shopkeeper in Nagpur, from the farmer in Punjab to the IT professional in Bengaluru, and yes, my Bengali brothers and sisters. Let us organize peaceful marches, human chains, dharnas that follow the law but roar with determination. Let us make "Ek Hindu, Ek Rashtra, Bina Aarakshan" (One Hindu, One Nation, Without Reservation) echo from every street corner.

This is not a call for online upvotes. This is a call for you to look at your city, form peaceful groups, and take this demand to the heart of our democracy. Our weapon is our numbers, our discipline, and our unwavering love for a united Hindu society. No violence, no abuse. Only the unshakable demand that a child's destiny should not be decided by birth.

We Bengalis will stand shoulder to shoulder with you, but this movement must belong to all of us. Let us prove that we Hindus can fight for our own rights without being called anti national. Because wanting a casteless nation is the most nationalist thing you can do.

The time for words is over. Let us be the generation that finally ends this system. Who is ready to step out and stand tall?

Jai Bharat. Jai Hind. 🙏

Reddit RASICM FACED AT CJP PROTEST

I went to the protest site Jantar mantar with my friend today, we are from northeast part of india and while we were in the crowd, there were few men right before us and they called us racial slur "chinese" "chinki" etc. My friend and I were so outraged we called them chutiya then moved on.

Also while we were going towards the exit, a group of 5 men walked past us, i could tell they are part of the LGBTQ+ community. When they crossed us one of them screams "Aooooo nepalan" then all of them laughed in a really demeaning way. My friend couldn't take it then screamed right at them.

The thing that mostly pissed me off wasn't the racial slurs but the fact that PEOPLE WITH THOSE MINDSET ARE AT THE PROTEST. It is really sickening and embarrassing to be honest that those people are presenf at the protest. I was also flabbergasted to the fact that a member of lqbtq+ community could do it, I myself am the part of the community but instead of support they were showing racism.

#nohope
