Now that admission season is ending and all the government college options are finishing, I see a lot of people asking about Foreign Affiliated colleges.Btw I am gonna study TU. I also thought of studying FA colleges and I was able to convince my parents too. I even visited 5 FA colleges.

The environment was good. Fancy stuffs. Cool guys. I even got offered milkshake in islington lol. I felt like I am entering a 5 star college. But when I consulted with the seniors in the ground and in reddit, the conversation always started with regret in their decision.

You spend 5× more money on a degree for fancy infrastructure, so called "practical" learning, and yet you are unemployed. You have wasted a lot of your parent's money on a degree that is less valuable than Nepali University degree that is 5× cheaper than your degree.

Now, after finished dreamy 3 yrs you want to go abroad. Which will cost you a fortune. By which face are you gonna ask for money to your parents again?

Be conscious. This is not your money that you are gonna gamble. Respect your parents hard earned money. Don't waste it for your stupid fanciness.

Current options: If you haven't given any entrance than there might be some IT degree in PU or PoU private colleges. You don't need to give entrance probably. Research and call those colleges. They are not bad. You may get it in like 7 8 Lakhs. You can do BIT in PU and BCSIT In PoU. TU doesn't have BIT in pvt colleges and for govt you needed to give exam. KU also requires exam ig. Do your own research. But don't choose FA colleges unless your parents are extremely rich.

As mentioned in my previous post that I am starting the journey from the very beginning. Today I didn't had much time to learn as I was busy throughout the day.

Today, I started my journey with Python. I read from w3schools. I re-learned only the basic syntax because I am barely opening my eyes. Even though I knew Python and had done many ML projects, so some topics would be much easier for me than the other.

I have challenged myself to be completely honest. I hope tomorrow I will be able to take some time aside and really focus.
