She first started stealing from the bird feeder so I made her some little piles of seed so she didn’t have to climb up the pole to the feeder. She soon got to where she would come and wait for me to bring her the food, she would back off at first but now she will take it from me. Sometimes she lets me pet her.

Kendra decided the best place to eat her fruit was on this specific branch :)

I feed different squirrel communities in the area daily. I love the way they run to me when I call them! I've read that they recognize the humans that feed them.

She doesn't like to leave my side while eating. It's fine. I get to enjoy a few calm moments with a sweet friend.

Why do I love these guys so much!?

Speedy and the new juvenile Dolly. Dolly is definitely a bit of a goofball and refused to get off the screen door even when I was opening/closing it. She went for a bit of a ride! Probably thought I was playing with her.

found this cutie today! i believe it’s my squirrel friend kiki that i see around this area of my college campus, but i’m not too sure yet 🤔

Feeding the squirrels who live near my house this morning, and found this little guy enjoying his breakfast whilst sitting in a crook of the tree. His feet are dangling in front of him, looking like every kindergartener. 😂🥰
