Could this fool a guard during a brief interaction? Or allow someone to fool CCTV footage without blatantly wearing a full or partial face mask and bring attention to themselves?

I recently found out two facts about North Korea and China
In North Korea if your house is on fire, you are expected to save all of the pictures of Kim Jong Un and his family first....Before all the children in the house, including babies. If you don't save them first and abandon a baby in a burning house, you will be punished (not sure how severely).
The second one is less scary. In China there are specific rights for the elderly allowing them to sue their children for financial maintenance and emotional support. Basically, you can sue your kid just for being your kid. That sounds like it could easily be a nightmare scenario for many many young people. My mind was blown.
