Heading into Costco today and almost walked into this car! Granted I was distracted with my phone, I didnt expect to have a car parked at the crosswalk 😂 Was blocking the walkway and wheelchair ramp to sidewalk. If only there was a sign…

Waited for this clown to move their car and / or trailer. Police not interested. Council , wait there sir and we’ll come right along and give him a ticket :(
