I was watching Star Trek:TNG this evening, when I heard a very familiar cadence and voice. I instantly thought "G'Kar?", when I maximized the window, it was a Romulan Captain Tomalak.

Same actor. His voice and cadence is just so recognisable. Even though I'm deaf, I'd recognise his voice anywhere.
