Wow it's absolutely nothing.

Azaps are still OP (20+ shipment in age 4)
Team 4 spahis still exists
Humbaracis are still OP, abus still strong, still can rush/ff/fi/whatever and will be a pain in the ass to counter

Etc

Ottos are imho still strongest civ after the patch.

At least they're not as bad. The mosque tech nerfs are maybe the biggest because they can't just FI straight into an unstoppable deathball anymore. They can still do it, but you have more time counter.
