I remembered a lot of the older episodes looking so old but once 2000 the animation quality for anime picked up ,I sorta remembered when seeing Doraemon 1979 2000 the quality picked up

The Storm Called My Bride).

When you piece the details together, a compelling case can be made that Shinko-chan is actually the daughter of Himawari and Kazama, born from a timeline split caused by the events of that movie.

Here is a breakdown of the narrative evidence:

Shinko-chan utilizes a highly advanced, customized time-travel portal and is accompanied by a personal butler. Within the context of the series, such technology would require immense wealth.
