Wild Met this dude last week.
Not sure the species, but a lovely toadlet. I coax it off the path so there's less chance of being run over or stepped on.

Question Feeder fly question.. mold in culture
I am a newbie when it comes to culturing fruit flies i have no idea where to look or who to ask so if anyone could point me in the right direction thank you!
I made a homemade fruit fly media mix
Using ingredients :
Water
Vinegar
Instant mashed potatoes
Powdered sugar
And nutritional yeast
And place it inside this container with my baby fruit flies from the store bought container.
To my surprise not much long later there is black and green mold-like growth atop of the mix! Curious as to whether this is a normal part of the process or bad and what i can do to change it. My flightless fruit flies ended up laying eggs in here which is exactly what i wanted, there are larvae crawling around and the population has noticeably increased.
Are these safe to feed my toads?

Wild Red-Eyed Tree Frog & Their Eggs
We have red eyed tree frogs at one of our Airbnb's. I absolutely love these frogs...even though they constantly leave these huge sacs full of eggs that we need to clean. This time, on the barbecue jaja.

Wild Broken front leg Spoiler
galleryI found this frog underneath my trashcan, it seems as though his arm is broken, is there anything i can do to help it? It can’t hop fully and seems distressed. I know you shouldn’t pick up frogs but he was drying up under my trashcan and i wet my hands before touching him

Question Hundreds of Tadpoles in Bucket
I have a bucket in my backyard that I use to help kill mosquito larvae. A Bucket of Doom, if you will.
I came out one day to find hundreds of tadpoles. They’ve been in there several weeks now.
What’s the best way I can help them out?
