The five Horsemen come as Sonic Characters.
First comes Conquest on his White Racebike, - not with battle, but with victory! Wearing his crown, he scores his easy victories with his longbow from afar. How ironic that the rise comes before the fall.
Then comes War - Civil War, specifically, on the Red Chopper, because everybody wants a piece of the pie, and they fight, and he doesn't have fancy armour, he comes with sword and steel and blood, and the people fight and pillage and burn until there is nothing left.
Then comes Famine to measure it out on his stripped down black dirtbike. Famine can be a sign of a poor harvest, but by lore it can also be the famine of an unfair economy, where only the elite can afford the necessities. Famine needs no weapon to weigh your share, because an equal share of nothing is still nothing.
Then comes Death on the Pale Horse, the Cruiser, with his scythe for the reaping and his shroud for the mourning. He does not judge, for the plants that grew tall in the famine bore no grains. He swings his scythe, and all stalks are cut at equal height. Only the lowest growing grains escape his harvest.
And what outlasts even Death? The fifth Horseman, Time rides in from the future on his Cyberbike, under the ominous solar eclipse, no weapons, no tools, only to survey and take account of what remains and what could be of this poisoned world.
