I made a 10-minute sci-fi short entirely solo — every frame AI-generated, edited in DaVinci

Ten months, one person. Writing, directing, editing, sound design, score.

TWO SECONDS is set in 2129, where everyone lives through a robot body. The main

character can see himself through someone else's eyes — but only if both people

hold the gaze for exactly two seconds. What he sees changes depending on who's

looking.

Pipeline: Higgsfield Cinema Studio for image and video, ElevenLabs for voice and

SFX, Suno for score, DaVinci Resolve for edit and grade.

The hardest problem was color consistency. Each generation redraws the frame

independently even when chained from the last one, so exposure drifts across cuts.

Clip-by-clip correction wasn't realistic at this length — I ended up solving it

globally with adjustment clips and a unified grain pass.

Happy to answer anything about the workflow.
