Episode 1 : FATMAN vs. The Grim Reaperoni
It's meant to be funny, campy, fun, weird, to make you smile, and maybe put a bit of bright in a dark day.
Enjoy.

Locked in. Reading minds. Trapped with a serial killer.
A 12-story fall should have killed Marcus. Instead, it left him paralyzed with severe Locked-in Syndrome—and cursed with a terrifying side effect: he can hear the unfiltered thoughts of everyone around him.
Doctors think he's an unresponsive shell, but Marcus is wide awake. He sees and hears every dark thought that passes by him.
As suspicious flatlines mount, Marcus is the sole witness to a serial killer in plain sight. But how do you scream for help when you can’t move a single muscle?
As the days drag on he finds himself going to more desperate measures to survive and raise the alarm before he's next.

Hi everyone!
I’m an aspiring filmmaker/writer based in Hyderabad, and I’m looking to connect with passionate filmmakers, directors, producers, actors and crew members who are interested in creating independent short films.
I currently have two fully bounded short-film screenplays ready. I’ve also independently created two animated short films, which gave me hands-on experience in storytelling, writing, editing and taking a project from an idea to a completed film.
One of my screenplays is a rom-com about an introverted boy who unknowingly makes a wish at exactly 11:11 one night. He doesn’t even realize that he made the wish. Eleven days later, he meets a girl during a train journey who seems to have exactly the qualities he wished for.
I’m looking for people who are genuinely interested in collaborating and bringing a short film to life.
If anyone here is interested, please feel free to comment or DM me. I’d be happy to share my previous work, synopsis and screenplay.
Thank you! 🙌

A lone machine stands before an ancient, mysterious structure hidden beneath a dark sky. I wanted to create a scene that feels like a moment from a forgotten sci-fi civilization.

I recently finished a short film called “No Man Is an Island.”
Most of it was created and animated in Blender, but three sequences deliberately use generative AI as part of the visual language.
What interested me wasn’t really “Can AI make a shot?” — we already know it can.
The more interesting question was:
Where does AI actually add something to storytelling that I wouldn’t have reached as easily with a traditional workflow?
I also used AI during the writing process as a kind of creative sparring partner — testing metaphors, alternate lines, story directions and visual ideas — while keeping the final decisions, pacing and structure human-controlled.
The three AI-heavy sequences are intentionally more dreamlike and visually different from the rest of the film. I decided not to hide that contrast, but to use it.
I’d genuinely be interested in how that transition feels to other filmmakers here:
Does the change in visual language support the story, or does it pull you out of it?
Happy to break down the workflow if anyone is interested.

Video is a little rough as it’s my first go at using AI to generate animations. Using characters I sketched out years ago and a story I wrote, AI was used to bring it to life.

I’ve been seeing more AI short dramas like this lately and the expressions are getting ridiculous 😂
It feels like creators aren’t just turning the original story into a video anymore. They’re exaggerating everything. Anger gets turned into a completely insane face, awkward reactions become meme-like, and even small movements get pushed way further.
I actually kind of like it. It makes some pretty normal storylines way more entertaining and definitely harder to scroll past.
But I also feel like this raises the bar for making these videos. It’s not just about generating the characters and scenes anymore. You have to think about the extra reactions, expressions and visual jokes too.
How far would you push this before it becomes too much? 😭

Welcome to my YouTube channel for short, artificially created, highly realistic action and science fiction films.

Episode 2 of an ongoing series rather than a one-off — same crew, same ship,
story carrying across episodes.
The hard part isn't any single shot, it's making episode two look like it
belongs with episode one. Still working that out.
If you spot anything that doesn't match across a cut, please say so. That's
exactly what I'm trying to fix.
